The brief

Qafana is my own QA services platform. Everything from concept to launch, from architecture to hiring decisions — all mine.

What that looks like

Design principles, UX requirements, technical architecture, stack selection, CI/CD setup, cloud infrastructure, build-vs-buy decisions. When there’s no one above me to escalate to, the call still has to be right the first time.

Why it matters

Senior engineers know how to execute. CTOs know how to choose. This is where I exercise the second muscle.
