Bio

I'm Šemsudin — most people write it "Semsudin" — a Sarajevo-based AI Systems Architect and Principal QA/DevOps engineer. Eleven years in, I've specialized in the narrow band where AI ambition meets production reality.

I started in QA at Authority Partners. Stabilized legacy automation at System Verification and ended up leading QA delivery across 50+ engineers. Joined Alfa Laval as an SDET and grew into architect of their GenAI platform — a multi-agent system orchestrating 10+ LLMs across tool-use, RAG, and streaming chat. Somewhere in there I shipped 1000+ tests at Mars Petcare and pioneered AI agents that author and self-heal test suites.

The through-line: I don't just build things. I build things that survive the transition to production, to ops, to the next engineer on the team. The QA brain is the secret weapon.

From test cases to multi-agent systems.

  1. 2014 ISTQB Foundation. QA Engineer @ Authority Partners.
  2. 2016 Test Automation Engineer. Shipped frameworks for a multi-billion-dollar real estate platform.
  3. 2018 Joined System Verification. Started scaling from IC to lead.
  4. 2019 Foundational automation suites for a space-themed gaming platform (SPACE Sweden).
  5. 2021 Senior SDET on Alfa Laval OneIB. Built the C# / Playwright scaffold later used cross-project.
  6. 2022 Certified SAFe 5 Agilist. C# LinkedIn assessment top 5%.
  7. 2023 Lead QA @ APCOA core project — microservices QA transformation. Founded Qafana.
